About the Founder
Lars started programming at just 12 years old and has been deeply engaged in AI for over 25 years, initially applying it in gaming. With more than 30 years of professional software development experience, he has developed cross-industry expertise, having worked in Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, Finance, Software, Medical Technology, and Automation. His career includes collaborations with Siemens, Edeka, Audi, Microsoft, Schaeffler, CSL Behring, and PwC.
Lars completed his studies in Business Informatics in cooperation with Siemens, receiving a scholarship that combined deep technical education with business acumen. This unique background allows him to not only bring strong technical expertise but also a business-oriented mindset, ensuring that AI investments and technological innovations truly create value.
Over the course of his career, he has advanced through key leadership roles, transitioning from Software Developer to Principal Architect & Data Scientist, then to Advanced Analytics Director, and ultimately to CTO. This experience gives him a unique perspective, bridging the gap between technical feasibility, data-driven decision-making, and business impact.
