Your team already uses AI or wants to get started. We practise suitable tasks, check answers together and clarify which information belongs in which tool. The result is a shared way of working that fits everyday business.
Team training · four hours live online, with preparation and follow-up
Who it is for
Built around your tasks and your team.
For teams in administration, consulting, sales and other knowledge-intensive roles. Exercises and depth reflect experience, tasks and the tools actually approved for use.
A look at the work
Two tasks. Try them yourself.
The following material is fictional and contains no client data.
Exercise 01
Check a plausible commitment
Customer request: “Can you deliver by Friday?” The approved information says: “Dispatch confirms delivery dates; no commitment has been made for this case.”
The AI draft reads: “We confirm delivery on Friday.”
Which claim lacks evidence? What should the reply say instead?
View a possible solution
Friday delivery has not been confirmed. A suitable reply is: “We will check your requested delivery date with dispatch and come back with confirmed information.” A responsible person reviews the case before sending.
Exercise 02
Choose an appropriate data workflow
A team wants to summarise a staff list containing names, salaries and absences. Its available AI tool is only approved for public information.
The proposed shortcut: upload the full attachment, then remove names from the answer.
Does this workflow respect the approval? What should happen next?
View a possible solution
No. Removing names afterwards does not undo the upload. Do not upload the attachment. Use a template without personal data for a neutral structure, and agree the handling of the original records and an appropriate environment with the responsible people.
What is included
What you take away.
Understand capabilities and limits
What language models can help with, why plausible answers may be wrong and when another approach makes more sense.
Practise relevant tasks
Write clear instructions and complete two prepared exercises, using anonymised or synthetic examples in your agreed tool environment.
Check data and outputs
Distinguish confidential information, approved tools and permissions. Review sources, commitments, figures and knowledge gaps.
Agree shared rules
A review routine, draft team rules, a short learning check and documentation of topics and attendance. We revisit open questions in the follow-up.
How we work
Prepare. Work together. Move forward.
01
Preparation call
about 30 minutes
Agree tasks, team needs and approved tools.
02
Preparation
for your team
Prepare two suitable exercises and a common starting point.
03
Live training
4 hours
Understand, practise and check, with breaks, questions and a short learning check.
04
Follow-up
about 45 minutes after two weeks
Discuss experience from everyday work and resolve open questions.
AI Literacy · EU AI Act
AI literacy needs a connection to everyday work.
Article 4 of the AI Act provides for measures supporting AI literacy among providers and deployers of AI systems. The European Commission explains that these should reflect existing knowledge, roles and the actual context of use. It does not require a specific certificate.
Our training can support and document such a measure. Further technical, organisational or legal measures depend on how your company uses AI and are assessed separately.
The starting price applies to a compact remote team format with one tool focus. Team size, adaptations and exact scope are quoted in advance. Additional groups, on-site sessions and licences are shown separately. All prices exclude VAT.
Practical guidance and working materials are included. Setting up your full IT environment, software licences and individual legal advice are separate services. An attendance record confirms participation, not comprehensive legal compliance.
Good to know
Common questions.
Can beginners take part?
Yes. We establish the starting point and adapt the tasks and depth. Separate groups may make sense for significantly different roles or levels of experience.
Do you teach ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot?
Either can be the focus, as can an internal assistant. Your approved environment and available features determine the exercises. We check required access and licences beforehand.
How many people can attend?
We agree a group size that lets everyone practise and ask questions. Include your team size in the enquiry so we can propose a suitable scope and price.
Will we receive a record of the training?
You receive documentation of topics and attendance for your internal AI literacy activities. It is not an EU certificate or evidence of comprehensive legal compliance.
Is this suitable for medical practices or law firms?
Administrative tasks can be suitable examples. Patient data, client information and professional requirements need separate agreement and, where necessary, specialist input. Anonymised descriptions are enough for the public enquiry form.

A brief outline is enough. We discuss which format suits your needs. Your enquiry is non-binding and does not confirm an appointment.
