Discuss a workflow assessmentThe existing workflow assessment includes preparation, workshop, analysis and a closing discussion. Scope is agreed before commissioning. The €4,900 is fully credited against an Agent Pilot commissioned within 60 days. All prices exclude VAT.
You receive a sound basis for a bounded starting point. Software development, a full company-wide AI strategy and individual legal advice have separate scopes. There is no obligation to commission a subsequent pilot.

Is this an AI strategy workshop or a use case workshop?
We connect business objectives with the selection of a concrete use case. The outcome is a decision for a bounded starting point. A company-wide AI strategy spanning multiple business units has a separate scope.
How does the workshop differ from AI training?
The workshop determines which business process to tackle and what it requires. Training helps your team practise using existing AI tools on suitable tasks.
How is this more than an ideas workshop?
Alongside the joint workshop, we review approved examples and system information and prepare a decision brief. This makes prerequisites and effort visible for one selected workflow.
Do you need confidential source data?
A description is enough for the first enquiry. Suitable examples, permissions and data handling for the assessment are agreed separately. Please keep confidential data out of the public enquiry form.
Do we have to commission an Agent Pilot afterwards?
No. The findings support your own decision. A pilot, joint implementation or handover to your team is only agreed if it fits your needs.
