Connect existing systems
Inbox, document repository, ERP or CRM: We assess interfaces and start with the data your pilot actually needs.
AI agents in your processes
NyxAI connects documents, knowledge and existing systems into controlled workflows. Agents prepare the work. Your team owns the decision.
One defined process. Your data. A measurable pilot.
Invoices, agreements and payments sit in different places. A useful review connects the evidence.
The monthly report is charged separately but included in the agreement. The agent flags the discrepancy and looks for evidence of an additional order.

More than an answer. A controlled workflow.
Inbox, document repository, ERP or CRM: We assess interfaces and start with the data your pilot actually needs.
Who may read, prepare or trigger what? Roles, review rules and human approvals are agreed before deployment.
Sources, handoffs and exceptions stay visible. Time, rework and output quality are evaluated against the current workflow.
Local models without external model APIs are an option. Local, private or hybrid: Data flows, quality and operating effort drive the choice—not a blanket cloud promise.
Start with an Agent Pilot
We define a suitable process, assess data and interfaces, and agree measurable success criteria. Test first. Then decide whether to expand.

Explore the pilot scopeThe pilot builds on your existing systems where possible. We assess feasible, cost-effective integration before starting. A clearly scoped data export can be sufficient for an initial test.
Only what the agreed workflow and permissions allow. Critical changes, payments or external commitments require the designated approvals. Uncertainty is escalated to the responsible person.
Data scope, access, storage locations and retention rules are defined for the specific use case. A local model can avoid external model calls; privacy and security also require appropriate technical and organisational measures.
