Does this replace our dental software?
No. We first assess what your existing software already supports. The pilot complements one defined workflow. Interfaces are assessed by product version, permissions and available functionality, not universally promised.
Does the pilot include automated diagnosis?
No. This demo covers administration, not radiograph interpretation, diagnosis or treatment recommendations. Clinical decisions remain with the treating professionals.
Can we start with recall?
Yes, using practice-defined intervals and contact rules. The demo does not derive medical recommendations. Any real patient communication requires a separately agreed workflow.
What does the pilot include?
One team, one selected workflow, process discovery, agreed data handoff, review rules, test cases, team onboarding and a results report. The target is 4–6 weeks after scope, data access and interfaces are approved. It is not production operation of every module shown.
What does it cost to start?
The 30-minute pilot fit check is free. An optional workflow assessment costs €4,900 excluding VAT. General NyxAI pilot packages start at €19,800 excluding VAT; suitability, deliverables and the fixed price for your practice are confirmed in an individual proposal. Licences and operations are itemised separately.
Can we use real patient data here?
No. The public demo uses fictional examples only. Before a real-data pilot, we jointly assess data flows, access, contracts, retention, interfaces and applicable health-data and cloud requirements. A German server alone does not replace that assessment.
